10. Responsible for updating the logistic documents in accounting software and other systems.

13. Responsible for safe handling of inventory.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ logistics management experience from marine industry

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track project, operations, and logistics costs to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Perform monthly cost analyses to compare actual expenses against budgets, identifying trends and variances.
• Assist in forecasting and help develop cost-effective budgets across departments.
• Prepare accurate cost forecasts to support financial planning.
• Generate regular reports on costs, budgets, and variances to keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide detailed cost and expenditure reports to support proactive cost management.
• Track project-specific costs to ensure spending stays within budget.
• Conduct spot checks on cargo and post-project cost reviews to assess profitability and address overspending.
• Process and generate invoices while maintaining accurate cost records.
• Keep organized records of contracts, agreements, services, and activities in the cost tracker.
• Support accounts receivable by updating records and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, resolving discrepancies and incorrect charges.
• Work with finance, operations, and customer service teams to address invoicing issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8:30am – 12:30pm (Sat)

• Identify and address improvement opportunities with staff and leaders.
• Drive projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and ensure sustainability.
