The Logistics and Operations Executive's responsibles are:

• Coordinate with subcontractors for urgent, direct loading, and special project shipments on a daily basis.
• Conduct physical checks on import and export cargoes to ensure they are in good condition.
• Verify documents and match them with physical cargo before release.
• Monitor shipment processes through in-house systems, ensuring accurate re-weighting and measurements.
• Check labels for accuracy and liaise with internal departments and customer service to address discrepancies.
• Execute physical tasks like picking, sorting, packing, labeling, and loading/unloading containers.
• Conduct equipment inspections daily and report any unsafe incidents.
• Manage inventory, perform valuable cargo clearance, and handle urgent shipments.
• Familiarity with in-house systems, document retrieval, and cross-departmental support.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety rules.
• Report suspicious activities immediately.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of warehouse operations experience
• Familiar with WMS and inventory management
• Possess Forklift license is an added advantage
