Responsibilities:

1. Issuing invoicing
- Follow up closely on shipping schedule, outstanding payment and outstanding documents
- Create invoice and packing list for trade transactions
2. Documentation handling
- Manage import and export documentation from suppliers to customers
- Prepare documents for submission of export L/C and collection bills to banker
- Issue import letter of credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers
- Review export L/C from overseas customers
3. Claim Management
- Prepare debit and credit notes to suppliers and customers relevant to claims
4. Customer relationship
- Liaise with overseas offices on sales and procurement trade activities
- Liaise with order Management Team on sales and purchase orders
- Liaise with banker on matters related to trade Finance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in Shipping documentation
• Experience in shipping operations, incoterms, payment terms, letter of credit.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Responsibilities

• Able to manage large volume of shipping documentations accuracy checking for compliance and audit purpose.
• Ensures complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors' documents, received from bonded provider - to be e-filed for purchase and sales recognition ( system vs. actual vs. data interface received at Accounting ), and audit purposes.
• Check accuracy' for submissions related to non-trading and payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider - for submission to Accounting.
• Ensure Original Navision invoices with authorised signatory are dispatched to the correct parties, where applicable .
• Check accuracy of monthly insurance declaration for submission to Accounting
• Check accuracy of operational freight invoices payable by Singapore within the month, where applicable.
• Ensure correct GST classifications for reporting and confirmation to Accounting.
• Communicate and follow-up with relevant parties for monthly overdue accounts payable and accounts receivable status list for payment schedule.
• Manage operational fixed assets status with relevant parties for up-to-date status, and annual report co-ordination.
• Ensure counter-measure and follow-up for operational issues related to payment from bonded provider - to eliminate recurrences.
• Study and implement new initiatives/ projects as assigned by Manager.
• Open to take on new assignments by Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, 'A' levels or equivalent study.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge in Trade Compliance related; Managing payment invoicing knowledge or experience.
• Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Intermediate excel, PowerPoint presentation & reporting.
• Ability to travel (mainly ASEAN countries).

Job Description & Requirements:

The purpose of this role is to assist Project Managers and Sales Team with coordination of information and organization of projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with supply chain sand sales team to gather all information regarding product deliverables for projects
• Streamline and disseminate project details to Operations (Ops) and Project team
• To provide clear and concise updates to the Ops and project teams, on the ETA of furniture items.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

• On Warehousing: - To work in collaboration with Partitions and Furniture departments - Assist warehouse stock tracking (Partitions) - To indicate GRN number on the supplier’s invoice (Partitions) - To keep track on available storage space at warehouse to cater for future incoming furniture shipment (Furniture)

Required Skills

• Fluency in English - written/spoken.
• At least 1-2 years sales experience ideally within commercial or related industries
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to suggest improvements and embrace change

Responsibilities are:

• Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected and are in good quality/condition before delivery to customer/or for export purposes.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels before receiving from Customers or vendors.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when making deliveries.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging of transportation.
• Ensure all movement of goods in warehouse are updated in NetSuite System by using Bin Transfer.
• Perform monthly periodic stock take.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
• Class 3 licence is MANDATORY
