• Location: Penjuru lane
• Basic $2200 + OT
• Vehicle can not bring back
• Duties: Loading and unloading goods, delivery goods to client site.

4) Class 3 Driver - Van ( Passenger)

• Class 3 License
• Location: Penjuru lane
• Basic $2200 + OT
• Vehicle can not bring back
• Duties: Fetch shipping crew to work site / dormitory

5) Warehouse cum Driver

• Class 3 License

• 5 working days office hours, not required to OT

Warehouse Senior Executive / Supervisor

A leading safety and health products distributor is currently seeking candidates for the position of Warehouse Assistant who is able to manage and organise the company’s inventories via Inventory system and perform operational and clerical support in the warehouse.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerised inventory system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory.
• Receiving incoming shipments/delivery, verifying their contents, and accurately recording received goods.
• Prepare outgoing shipments/delivery by picking, packing according to order specifications.
• Organize and store goods in designated locations in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Conduct regular stock checks, year-end stock take and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Description:

• Handle Regional Material Management/ Finished Goods

• Ensure efficient and smooth operations and inventory management

• Coordinate regional material movements and resolve planning and operational issues

• Coordinate production schedule to ensure meeting customer’s requirement

• Monitor production/product availability, shipment space and manage constraint planning

• Oversee demand and supply at regional level

• Ensure that Supply Chain performance KPIs are achieved

• Monitor and analyze Supply Chain performance KPIs

• Manage inventory KPI

• Implement and monitor distribution network program

The Opportunity

This position will be supporting the Marketing Function for one of the brands being retailed by Cycle & Carriage. You will work closely with the Brand’s Sales management and Principal to implement the marketing plan for retail of the Brand’s passenger cars and corporate sales, specifically in the areas of advertising & promotion, customer events, direct marketing, customer communications and internal communications. This role, who reports to the Head of Marketing, will plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, ensuring that a smooth execution and operation is always kept up in maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and its ROI is constantly monitored and reported in tandem to all marketing activities. Other key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop brand marketing strategy and calendar to support product launches, product sustenance and retail campaigns including advertising and promotions, events, digital marketing, social media, PR, CRM and more.
• To work closely with creative agencies, media agency, and internal stakeholders for above & below-the-line communication and collaterals with the objective to drive sales for the brand and its services.
• Adapt global press releases for local PR dissemination and pitch for PR coverage through test drives.
• Possess good marketing eye and judgement, able to liaise and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure quality and budget are always kept in line as planned.
• Analyse performance indices for marketing events and operations. Provides recommendations for improvements when necessary.
• Oversee and manage events held at our showroom and off-site locations, ensuring that the standards and guidelines are constantly being kept in line.
• Keep abreast of the products and market offerings to customise marketing strategies in line with brand image and, targeted consumer groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
• Work with cross-departments to drive enhancement of customer ownership CX experience through our online and offline touchpoints (ie. web, social, app, showroom, etc)

Requirements

• Degree in Business Studies/ Mass Communications / Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of retail marketing experience.
• A good team player who can work in a strong teamwork environment.
• Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to build relationships across multiple teams as well as with alliance partners
• Self-driven and analytic individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver; resourceful in getting support across functions
• Good project management capabilities: process-oriented with good end-to-end follow-up skills and focus on detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
