Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot issues reported by users and develop bug fixes
* Handle tickets reported in a timely manner with high quality solutions.
* Resolve incidents to meet aggressive resolution targets defined by service level agreement.
* Identify and/or resolve root causes for incidents and defects with help from teammates or developers.
* Analyse and propose optimal design changes to improve the existing solution.
* Create GAPs where appropriate and follow up with project team.
* Provide Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Rollout, Training and Documentation when involved in project work.
* Develop and drive the implementation of Concur best practices and standards. Engage and support good experience exchange between sites.
* Participate in knowledge transfer from Projects and provide feedback to solution.
* Analyse ticket bank for possibilities: of the future improvements, documentation update, training demands to keep high level of super user competence.
2. Stakeholder Management
3. Deliver GAPs collaboration with Global Process team
* Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-be requirements with high level of IT and Business intelligence and adequate level of details.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Expert, Process experts to design an optimal solution according to best practices. Generate and challenge several solutions from different perspectives prior discussing them with Stakeholders.
4. Develop team competence
* Provide relevant Knowledge Transfer to respective SDT team members.
* Make sure to have good knowledge and understanding on Delivery Service and Deliver Project Processes, and be compliant.
* Ensure process compliance and internal processes are followed.
* Analyze current environment, propose improvement, and execute internal improvement projects.Job Requirements:
Must Have Skillset
* 5 - 8 years’ experience of Concur as System Analyst with good understanding of Concur process & functionality. i.e. Concur administration, Concur Travel, Trip Request and Expenses.
* Experienced with at least two or more Concur implementations.
* In the end-to-end implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support.
* Excellent understanding of integration with ECC and SAP S4.
* In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes such as Service Design, Service Transition, etc.
Good to have Skillset
* Good knowledge of Concur Configuration.
* SAP FICO Certification is a plus.
* Basic ABAP skills - able to write program’s specification for interface is a plus.
