Responsibilities:

• Establish a unified design language, set design principles, develop and maintain best practices through marketing and branding strategic.
• Create new UI patterns and continue refining the library for other designs in building compelling experiences for our users.
• Oversee and create proposals throughout the design process, including conceptual vision, executive presentations, and final mockups for implementation
• Work closely with marketing, branding team throughout the entire marketing plan cycle, from product inception and strategy to execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to designers and collaborate with UX to grow the level of visual design craft on the team.

• Minimum qualifications:
• 7 years of experience as a visual designer.
• Experience in establishing UI design patterns and design system.
• Online portfolio demonstrating visual design creativity and design system.
• Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in a product development environment.
• Experience developing and launching a consumer product or app for multiple devices.
• Experience designing for mobile apps, with knowledge in Material Design.
• Experience with Figma, including component, style, layer management, and creating scalable design systems.

Job Description:

As a Senior Designer at RE:TERRA, you will play a pivotal role in our overall brand image and marketing strategy. Your work involves crafting the visual narrative of the brand, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of the brands’ identity and market positioning.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Brand Visual Identity:

• Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity for the brand.
• Ensure all design elements align with the brand's values, mission, and target audience.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute marketing materials, including brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Designing and creating prints and patterns according to brand identity.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.

Digital Design:

• Create engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Optimize graphics for different digital channels, considering responsiveness and user experience.
• Photography and Videography:
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots for product launches, campaigns, and social media content.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure a high level of quality and adherence to brand standards.

Product Packaging:

• Design, work on technical measurements and sketches to update product packaging, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and attracts the target market.
• Collaborate with the team to align packaging designs with product features.

Visual Merchandising:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces, ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand presence.
• Create visual displays that enhance the customer's in-store experience and highlight key products.

Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Provide design assistance to external agencies when applicable.

Brand Standards and Guidelines:

• Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design assets, including adaptations for overseas markets.
• Contribute to the evolution of visual brand guidelines as the brand grows and evolves.

Trend Research:

• Monitor, research, and create moodboard concepts on current design trends and industry best practices.
• Integrate relevant trends into design concepts while ensuring the brand maintains its uniqueness.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Provide support for larger branding campaigns and business operations when required.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• Singapore / PR only
• A graphic design background of minimum 2 years is a must
• 1-2 years relevant experience in an e-commerce B2C brand is a bonus
• An interest and passion for the brands and what they stand for
• Keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in health & beauty, lifestyle, and design trends
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in photography and relevant editing software
• Positive work ethic: efficient, responsible, trustworthy
• Ability to maintain timely communication within the team and external stakeholders
• Good command of English
