A. Job Summary

B. Responsibilities

• Develop impactful visuals across various media, including brochures, reports, social media graphics, presentations, website content, and print materials.
• Work closely with Outreach and Programme teams to understand their goals and translate them into engaging and effective visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while staying current with design trends and best practices.
• Propose and implement creative and innovative solutions for data visualizations, infographics, and other visuals.

C. Job Requirements

About this role:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer for a global role, someone who is not only passionate about design but also understands how it impacts our broader business goals. Your mission will be to utilize your keen eye for detail and innovative approach to contribute to a variety of projects. Your core responsibilities will include creating engaging visuals, logos, and typography, all grounded in solid design principles. Embracing the latest in design technology, you're expected to experiment with generative AI tools to push creative boundaries. If you have additional skill sets in illustration, animation, or editing, you'll find your niche here. What you’ll do:

Visual Creation Mastery and Innovation:

• Conceptualize and execute visually striking designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Explore new design approaches within our brand's style guidelines, integrating compelling illustrations and iterating based on feedback for maximum audience engagement.
• Display a strong sense of layout, color, composition, and typography

Logos, Toolkits Creation and Typography:

• Create impactful logos and toolkits that capture the essence of marketing campaigns and deeply resonate with the target audience.
• Dive deep into typography trends, experimenting with diverse font styles to enhance design aesthetics and communication efficacy.

Strategic Design and Business Alignment:

• Apply design expertise to address business challenges and meet organisational needs.
• Ensure design outputs align with Klook's strategic goals, fostering consistency and synergy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate business insights into design, driving measurable success and market relevance.

What you’ll need:

• Qualification in graphic, brand, and digital design.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a designer within a creative team, in a marketing or creative agency setting
• Demonstrated expertise in visual creation, identity design, and typography exploration through a diverse portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), comfortable with navigating between softwares.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proven ability to excel in an independent work environment

• Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience
• Minimal of 6 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.
• Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) process.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.
• ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Skills that will help you in this role:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as this is needed to collaborate with our team overseas, but not necessary.
• Team-oriented, able to handle pressure, highly cooperative, ensuring alignment between development and requirements.
• Strong self-learning ability, responsible, excellent communication and coordination skills, and capable of thinking critically and adapting.

Requirements

With knowledge in basic computer skills ie. MS Excel, Sketchup, etc

Responsibilities:

• Report to senior architectural designer
• Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.
• Plan, schedule and run design activities to meet the project programme.
• Preparation of communicative presentations (in pptx or other media)
• Preparation of coherent sets of design-focused tender drawings
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other collaborators to meet overall project objectives.
• Ensure all designs meet with local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review of shop drawings submittals and finish samples
• Conducting site observations to monitor construction progress and to ensure that planning and design intent are fully realised at site.
• Contribution to refinement of office design processes

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• 3-5 years of experience in the design industry.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities and workplace preferred but not necessary. However, willingness to learn is a must.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Available for business travel if necessary.
• Have a keen desire to produce good and aesthetic designs. A good eye for good aesthetics is a plus.
• Familiar with local codes and building practices is preferred, but not necessary.
