A. Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer, to join our Communications team, to visually and dynamically communicate Caregivers Alliance Limited’s mission and strategically enhance the impact of our work in Singapore’s mental health and caregiving landscape.

B. Responsibilities

• Develop impactful visuals across various media, including brochures, reports, social media graphics, presentations, website content, and print materials.
• Work closely with Outreach and Programme teams to understand their goals and translate them into engaging and effective visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while staying current with design trends and best practices.
• Propose and implement creative and innovative solutions for data visualizations, infographics, and other visuals.
• Contribute graphic content to multimedia products, including video editing and production, develop branding elements (logo, typography, color palette), and ensure all materials adhere to the visual style guide.
• Provide design support, as needed, and create adaptable visual asset templates for programme/workshop publicity, including templates for video content to ensure consistency across all media formats.

C. Job Requirements

• A Diploma in Design, Visual Communications, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience. Fresh graduates with strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work may be considered.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of key design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign), Cap Cut, Dimension, Canva, etc.
• Expertise in graphic design, layout, illustration, and data visualization
• Experience in audio-visual production, video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience in producing/printing communication materials (annual report, brochures, booklets).
• Possess excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and best practices of infographic presentations.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work on interior design projects, focusing on luxury residential and commercial typologies that include conceptual and schematic design through to project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performs space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective;
• Sources for materials and gathers cost estimates from suppliers for budgeting;
• Prepares design proposal with materials, concept images and colour selections;
• Assists in conveying design concept to clients in formal presentations;
• Produces tender drawings, working drawings and interior finishes specifications;
• Liaises and discuss design/construction issues with clients and specialists;
• Involvement in tender exercise process, evaluate tender submission and report on recommendation;
• Review and approval of shop drawings and material submitted by contractor;

Job Description

As a User Interface Designer, you will collaborate closely with software engineers to propose and redesign in-house custom applications. You will own the end-to-end design process, translating complex user and business needs into elegant, user-friendly solutions. Working with product managers and engineers, you will ensure that designs are aligned with business goals and create a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in designing software applications.

Design Skills: Strong proficiency in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design with a focus on creating simple, intuitive user experiences.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to turn complex business challenges into engaging and simple design solutions.

Prototyping: Ability to communicate and prototype design interactions at all levels of resolution.

Design Tools: Expertise with modern design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Software Awareness: Familiarity with software development processes and front-end technologies to align design efforts with engineering capabilities

Objectives of this role
