Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event planning, including vendor liaison and scheduling.

• Coordinate and compile information

• Maintain clear and continuous communication with appointed marketing agency, events management vendor, programme partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Address inquiries and ensure all parties are informed of event details and changes.

• Work with events management vendor to manage the logistics pre and actual day of the festival, including venue setup, registration, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Creative abilities in design and video editing (e.g. Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or Photoshop) is a plus.
