Position: Designer & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce, and edit captivating video content tailored for various platforms, including social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the business development and creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling ad content aligned with our brand strategy.
- Ideate and propose creative content ideas to boost audience engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain consistency in all content, ensuring it reflects our brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Stay current with the latest trends in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
- Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and posting across different platforms.
- Monitor the performance of content and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, video production, or a related field (internships and freelance work are also valued).
- Proficiency in video editing software and design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video content requirements.
- Excellent creative, storytelling, visual design, and editing abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in photography, production, video editing and graphic design.
- Experience with design and editing tools & software, (eg: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Canva, CapCut, etc)
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WordPress, etc.).
- An eye for emerging trends in digital content and the flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
