- Coordinating and liaise with vendors, clients and colleagues;
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, reply emails and enquiries
- Performing general administrative duties (processing invoice, POs, DOs, Inventories, data entry etc.)
- Ensuring orders are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate
- Maintaining a proper filing system and helps to register
- Ordering and tracking of office inventory and assets.
- Supports sales person with daily quotations, generate sales orders
- To perform administrative work and maintain proper filing.
- To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks.
- To liaise with driver and warehouse accordingly for daily arrangement
- To follow-up including enquires, documentation and etc.
