Responsibilities:
-Performing Finance and Accounting Tasks with years of experience
-Forecasting and budgeting with analysis for management decision
-Work closely with and supervise accounting team members (3 pax)
-Prepare full set financial statements(GL,AR,AP)
-Monthly bank reconciliation
-Quarterly GST submission
-Claims reimbursement
-Prepare payment for suppliers(GIRO/Cheque)
-Prepare SOA and send to debtors(maintain aging of AR)
-Prepare quotation and issue invoice
-CPF submission,IR8A,IR21 submission
-Ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI
-Minimum 2-3 years of working experience handling full set of accounts
-Experience in SAP accounting system
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook etc
Remuneration: -Basic salary: $2800-$3500 (depending on experience and qualification)
-Working hours: 8.30AM-6.15PM (Monday-Friday)
-Aircon working environment
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
