This role will be reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible to:
- Oversee and drive talent acquisition should the need arises.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, adeptly resolving intricate employee relations issues and addressing grievances
- Conduct salary benchmarking and take charge of administering and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for employees
- Identify training requirements for teams and individuals, and efficiently coordinate and evaluate training programs to ensure alignment with operational, safety, and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain HR reports and conduct data analysis, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Other duties assigned by management

- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
