Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, on boarding and off boarding procedures, performance management, employee communications etc.
- To manage all Work Pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate training and development activities for employees
- Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of records that fulfill audit and statutory requirements
- Provide support for all human resources and administrative functions
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource generalist role and preferably payroll
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be advantageous
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
