Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of accounts payable, staff claims, treasury, heritage materials and fixed asset management
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts with timely resolution of reconciling items
- Assist in the management of access rights for financial system and participate in key system enhancement and integration to ensure robust and reliable financial systems.
- Support in the formulation and review of policies, procedures and internal
- controls to ensure efficient and effective management and accounting of payments and fixed assets.
- Engage and provide advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional accounting
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Finance.
- Skills - Workday Accounting software
- Data analytics tools like Tableauwill be an advantage.
