We are hiring a Head Chef for our new Restaurant
Requirements:
-Experience with Franco Asian Cuisine is a must
-Experience working with Sichuan spices is a must
-Basic knowledge in beverage construction is required
-At least 5 years experience as a head chef
-Well versed in both Western and Asian cuisine
-Experience in calibrating josper grill
-Experience in working with wood fire
-Able to train new staff and lead the kitchen to high standards
-Able to work on weekend and holidays
-Able to relocate and travel when required
-Experience in pre opening setup
-Experience in reaching an agreement with beverage suppliers and food suppliers
-Creative mindset and able to come up with new seasonal menu
-Able to work with an extensive range of fresh produce from all around the world
