- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, leave, attendance, and admin.
- Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
- Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines.
- To process company work injury case and liaise with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
- Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
- Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
- Liaise with government departments for any policies and legal issues.
- Handle employees grievances & disciplinary matter.
- To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
