Responsibilities:
- Account manage and administer staff benefits-related matters
- Verify, input and/or maintain data in HR system
- Generate and provide monthly reports/stats to Payroll for processing of payments and/or recovery.
- Recommend and streamline work processes improvement. Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects, where necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management
- Meticulous, responsible, and detail oriented.
- High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferably to have experience in 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR related field.
- Team player and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
