JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration e.g. administer leave and medical leave records and claims for outlet employees; handle staff reimbursement claims for all levels; general HR and Administration duties as well as office support; employee payroll, commission computation; manage staff ncome tax submission and IR8A preparation.
- Employee Recruitment & Staff engagement activities.
- Manage all part-timers pay and sales staff commissions.
- Work permit, S pass and employment pass.
- Assist in simple accounting tasks

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
