Job description:
- Fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of building and the supervision of site staff if any.
- Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure all service providers are performing up to the specification of contracts.
- Attend to emergency service breakdown.
- Attend to enquiries and feedback.
- Ensure all contracts, insurance, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.
- Coordinate and attend Meetings organised for and by landlord.
- Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents.
- Conduct handing over & taking over of tenanted units upon commencing and expiring of lease agreements.
- Attend to residents/occupiers on feedback and follow up actions to resolve issues.
- Seek vendors quotation, conduct evaluation, and make recommendation for landlord’s approval.
- Conduct half-yearly site audits on the compliance of leasing agreements with multiple-dwelling estates.
- Assist on any instructions and requirements specified by the landlords if any.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Property Management preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing estate more than 300 units as well as multi-dwelling dormitory or/and co-working management.
- Certified with BCA Module 1 and APFM/ASM/RECA Modules preferable.
- Conversant with BMSMA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in smart estate app and digital payment platform preferable.
