MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with relevant departments, faculty, and administrative staff to gather information on course offerings, faculty availability, and other relevant data to aid time-table scheduling.
2. Prepare and distribute timetables to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.
3. Coordinate with department heads and faculty members to resolve scheduling conflicts, if any and optimize resource utilization.
4. Provide support and guidance to faculty and staff on scheduling planning process.
5. Perform other related duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism, Business or related discipline with relevant work experience preferably in the higher education sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
· Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
· Possess a Service-oriented mindset, proactive, efficient, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
