Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in property management. This role involves providing support to the property management team in various administrative tasks, tenant communication, and property maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including but not limited to tenant relations, administrative tasks, carpark management and maintenance coordination.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records related to property management and tenant communications.
- Supervise all security and housekeeping staff including external contractors.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, schedule repairs, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and cost effectiveness.
- Daily check on tenant’s operating hours to ensure tenant is following the operating hours stated in tenancy agreement.
- Regular checks on encroachment issues for tenant who moves their items out from the lease line without approval from landlord.
- Stay informed about local property management regulations and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
- Good understanding of Building Codes, Acts, and Regulations.
- Respect for health and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform overtime and public holidays, Saturday, and Sunday as and when required.
