Job Description
- Monitor all recurring subscription fees and billing to external customers
- To assist in administrative documentation on government grants
- Key in transactions and events relating to operational expenses, payables and cash of the Company
- Perform bank reconciliation between bank statements and cash ledger for payable portion on a monthly basis
- Manage the input GST for general operational expenses for Acc Pro (Singapore) Pte Ltd on a quarterly basis
- To assist HR Director in onboarding of new employees
- Manage the staff claim of the Company on a monthly basis
- Manage the fixed assets (e.g. laptop, mobile phones) of the Company and to ensure proper accountability
- Other ad hoc Administrative matters
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
- Proficient Level in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Practical working experience in Xero and Quickbooks Online will be a plus point, but not a MUST
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Willing to learn and progress with the Group
