40hr Work Week
Mon - Fri - 9am - 6pm
Salary Offered :- $2500 to $3000 per Month
Responsible to manage contracts and costs of a construction project undertaken by Company.
To carry out studies of the project duration and labor costs.
Examine and analyze material costs.
Coordinate supply deliveries.
Manage Vendor / Suppliers Payment Schedules.
Giving contractors advice
suggestions on legal and contractual issues. Budgetery control to remain within a given budget.
oversee the Day to day Work progress by verifying and gathering reports.
Oversee claims submitted by Contractors executed work.
Confirming the stage of work Completed.
Checking of progress payments according to the accomplished work submitted claim to our Contracted Client's.
Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, to ensure that expenses are minimized and best deals are achieved.
Liaises and works cooperatively with Project Managers, Management, Clients, subcontractors, so that projects can be carried out efficiently and effectively.
Keeps accurate records of project records and expenses
Accurate tracking of materials and ordering as and when required with Management's Approval.
stay updated on building and civil engineering industry development trends (Industrial Changes).
- To Examine and review or Assess construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- To Liaise and work closely with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Gather and prepare reports, analyse, contract, budget, risk assessments and other necessary and relevant documentation and forward it to management.
- Provide advice, recommendations, and suggestions to Management on innovative improvements and new strategies.
- Document relevant changes in design and update new budget as and when required by management.
- To Build and maintain healthy and professional relationships with Company and Client's Management Team.
- Traveling from office to various sites when required neccesary for on site measurements and accurate costing.
- Handling the payment of Vendors, Suppliers and subcontractors.
- Required to oversee, monitor, and manage every aspect of costs and production of a construction project.
- Adequate experience in construction estimation and/or finance background.
- Knowledge of construction Sequence and its system.
- Negotiation skills to negotiate costs and ensure best deals for Company as much as possible.
- Good organizational skills, to organize, plan, and strategy for the Organization.
- Verbal and Written communication skills to write detailed and concise reports and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and to Management efficiently and effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management or in any other related field.
