Job Responsibilities:
- Provide effective HR Business partnering support to the operations department such as manpower planning, recruitment and retention strategies, handle staff disciplinary issues and be the contact person for all staff regarding personnel and labour law related topics.
- In charge of the recruitment and selection process which includes keeping up to date with recruitment trends, plan and organize career fairs and recruitment talks with partners.
- Perform administrative duties such as issuing of certification letter, application and renewal of various work passes, confirmation and contract renewal, external vendor management, MOM survey and attendance administration.
- Perform employee movement administration which includes on-boarding, off-boarding, promotions, transfers, etc.
Additional information:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR Functions and upcoming initiatives / projects.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
