Position Summary
Responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities of Dou Hua Restaurants Pte Ltd, including media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes, and events.
Job Description
- Develop and produce advertising materials, marketing collaterals and all other required communication materials.
- Coordinate events, advertising and promotional programmes
- Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
- Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
- Develop and create press materials like media releases, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
- Media monitoring and tabulation
- Propose, develop and implement suitable marketing strategies for Si Chuan Dou Hua brand, with a focus on marketing partnerships and social media
- Prepare and plan upcoming marketing plans and promotions
- Identify new trends or opportunities to drive awareness and/or conversions
- Manage social media accounts and cascade booking requests or enquiries to the relevant outlets
- Coordinate with relevant agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop suitable collaterals
- Act as the brand custodian and ensure brand consistency in materials rolled out e.g. outlet-specific promotions, menus etc
- Maintain and update a list of key assets such as logos, menus, photos etc
- Review and support preparation of regular performance reports
- Evaluate marketing campaign or promotion performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Internal Contacts: Restaurant Managers, Information Technology department, Accounts department and Management team
- External Contacts: Advertising agencies, printers, journalists, business associates and guests
