Business Development Manager

1. Role Description:

As a Business Development Manager in the vibrant travel and tourism industry, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and fostering partnerships. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.


2. Specific Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.


Client Relationship Management:

· Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

· Proactively identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.


Partnership Development:

· Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to enhance our product/service offerings.

· Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.


Product Development and Innovation:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and develop innovative product/service offerings.

· Gather feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve existing offerings and develop new ones.
