Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor business performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement new systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research projects as required to support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in the finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
