Responsibilities
You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development.
- Sales Supports in servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries;
- Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters;
- Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices;
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes;
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent industry qualifications;
- Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building;
- Energetic and sales oriented individuals;
- Adaptable and able to work independently and under stress;
- Soft skills in relationship building.
