- Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers.
- Prepare a target list of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/services on focused trade lanes.
- Conduct weekly sales calls and follow up on all air sales leads.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the FF Sales leader.
- Respond promptly to Tenders/RFQs.
- Organize and participate in regular reviews with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Meet personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the International Air Cargo/Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
