Part Time Human Resource Administrator
- S$1,400.00 per month salary
- 2.5 days per week (rotating days)
- 2 days work on site at: 101 Jalan Sultan, Singapore 199002 (10:00am - 6:00pm)
- Half a day (10:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 6:00pm) work from home
- Rotation days cannot be on weekends or public holidays
- Permanent part-time position
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and working with the company accountant to manage 15 - 20 person headcount company
- Managing the company’s HR email account
- Managing the company’s HRM software, Carbonate
Attendance & Payroll
- Verifying employee attendance and clarifying with managers on unaccounted for absences
- Ensuring Attendance and Payroll Compensation records on Carbonate are accurate
- Keeping an accurate record and management of all staff leave entitlements (Annual Leave, Public Holiday, Compassionate Leave, Wedding Leave, etc.)
- Addressing employee questions with regard to hotel policy on attendance and leave entitlements
- Preparing details for submission to accountant for monthly payroll setup
Compensation & Benefits
- Understanding the compensation and benefits model of the company
- Educating and answering employee questions with regard to hotel policy on compensation and benefits, and individual employee entitlements
- Keeping a record and providing periodic reports of utilisation of employee benefits
Team Morale/ Team Building Efforts
- Managing budget for team morale/ team building efforts
- Reminding and assisting managers with logistics of recurring and ad-hoc team building efforts
- Birthdays, condolence wreath, wedding red packet, etc.
- Team lunch, CNY/ Hari Raya catering, D&D
Recruitment & Staffing
- Preparing job description and listings for open positions
- Shortlisting suitable candidates for open positions
- Preparing standard HR documents like Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letters and Probation Letters, etc. as instructed by managers
- Basic orientation and on-boarding for new employees before handing over to managers
Applicant requirements:
- Previous HR experience will be prioritised
- Previous experience managing and administrating a HRM app/ software will be prioritised
