Job Description

1. To promptly advertise and source to fulfil job vacancies. Must conduct the recruitment & selection process as well.

2. Facilitate shortlisted candidates for Manager to interview and obtain character references.

3. Plan & oversee the arrangement of new staff pre-employment check-up and and various vaccination injection

4. Brief & signing of Service Contracts for all new staff. Follow up with submission of contracts to Head Office and preparation of nametags.

5. To prepare & manage Personnel files for all employees working at site.

6. Check daily roster & attendance to ensure full compliance with Employment Act.

7. To promptly update staff attendance in HRMS & ETMS and record all planned & unplanned leave. To comply with export deadline to ensure staff salary is paid on time.

8. To monitor staffing levels & prepare manpower reports regularly and attend manpower meetings to prepare meeting minutes.

9. Engage & retain staff by addressing their concerns. Conduct exit interviews & clearance for resigned staff.


10. Liaison with Head Office on any enquires and other required actions.


11. Check & submission of petty cash, medical and overtime claims for manager’s signature.

12. Monitor the condition of uniforms, equipments, mobile devices & others at all times and report any defects.

13. Prepare requisitions order for stationery, brown bag, asset and other supplies as and when required.

14. Monitor all Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices and report incidents immediately.

15. Manage the following administration report and ensure timely submission.

(i) Injection Report
(ii) Nominal Role Report
(iii) Transportation
(iv) NRIC Report
(v) PPE report

18. Undertakes any other duties/ activities/ projects, etc. as and when instructed by the supervisor or management.



Job Requirement

Min 'O' Level or equivalent.

  1. Min two years of relevant experience
  2. Effective communicator and problem solver on staff issues
  3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Able to adapt in a fast pace & challenging environment.
  5. Able to work independently and in a team.
