- Maintaining and updating HR policies, documents and procedures, ensuring overall compliance with local legislation. Consolidate and review internal and external best practices and internal data to guide HR policy setting.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting regarding complex HR inquiries and where possible, work with HR Shared Services team to implement process improvements.
- Undertaking various (whether internally or externally focused) HR projects as and when needed; able to work independently to break down problems and/or projects into manageable components in order to drive alignment and deliver solutions.
- Partnering with benefit vendors, validated vendors’ bills/invoices in accordance to contractual terms and oversee the processing of monthly payments all benefits programs, including reconciliations of employee census.
- Guide and support employees and managers on complex policy/benefits-related matters such as eligibility, enrolment, and claims.
- Participates in employee relations activities, such as processing of grievances; provides advice and counsel to supervisors on interpretation of human resources policies and HR procedures.
- Undertake other HR operations duties and as and when required.
Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of HR working experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements is required, experience in HR policy work would be viewed favourably
- Experience with Workday would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, especially written.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willing to work for a contract of 12 months.
