Job Responsibilities:
- To assist Technical Manager on the day-to-day management of the site.
- Participate in project meetings, including design reviews, progress updates, and safety briefings.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations, and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
- Provide technical support and guidance to onsite construction teams, resolving issues and addressing challenges in real-time.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
- Transition into a site engineer role to oversee project production, including coordinating construction activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain regular communication with subcontractors, main contractor, and relevant authorities as needed.
- Direct report to the Technical Manager & team lead.
- Basic hands on experience in M&E.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Engineering or Project Engineering.
- Min. 1 year working experience in Construction Site / Project Engineering / Project Management.
- Experience in construction industry
- Self-driven with positive working attitude and safety mindset.
- Good team player, positive working attitude.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel overseas when needed.
- Possess a Singapore Driving License (preferably with own car / bike)
