Jobs Responsibilities
- Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques
- Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various functions
- Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for automation using technology such as RPA
- Create process documentation
- Design, test and implement solutions as per the delivery lifecycle
- Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution
Job Requirements
- Experience in process analysis and process improvement techniques
- Working experience in RPA implementation using UiPath or similar technology
