Job Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming enquiries, providing relevant information to customers
Prepare daily document for submission to relevant department
Sending out daily invoices and billing information
Systematically electronically file all documents
Prepare monthly closing reports
Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
General customer service duties

Proactive, committed and self-motivated
Positive team player who is also able to work independently
Meticulous is a requirement
Proficient in Excel
Candidate must possess at least A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
