Job Description
- Accounts Receivables management including generating invoices, monitoring & collecting receivables
- Submission of claims related to healthcare financing schemes and subsidies
- Generate and validate monthly invoices, ensuring approval prior to distribution.
- Perform daily reconciliations of electronic payments, matching them against invoices for precise tracking of outstanding amounts.
- Identify clients with overdue balances for follow-up; recommend write-offs when specific criteria are met.
- Prepare and review Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) reports for GIRO deductions, ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Process GIRO applications, coordinating with clients and banks on failed deductions.
- Manage and reconcile claims related to healthcare financing schemes and subsidies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports at month-end and year-end, including profit and loss analysis and operational statistics.
- Support the annual fee revision process.
- Contribute to finance-related audits by preparing reports and liaising with auditors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry with accounting or logistics industry
- Meticulous, independent, accountable and comfortable to adapt to changes.
- Good knowledge in accounting software (ACCPAC & SAP) and healthcare financing systems is a plus
