Job Responsibilities
· To manage and execute financial planning for the laboratory.
· To supervise strategic goal planning and execution, as well as control and management of lab operations.
· To drive the adoption of new capabilities and ensure their implementation.
· To validate results and issue reports as required (for approval).
· To review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· To plan and conduct Proficiency Testing
· To ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS requirements for bunker oil testing.
· Oversee all testing activities within their respective laboratories.
· Review and approve all relevant laboratory reports.
· Discuss test results with customers as needed.
Requirement
· Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent with 12 years related laboratory experience.
· Experienced with method-related tasks.
· Possesses SAC Singlas signatory and laboratory operation and management experience.
· Minimum 6 years as a laboratory manager, including proven technical knowledge and laboratory experience.
· Experienced in audit & CAPA management skills.
