Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries and handle correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Salary:
- Starting salary is aligned with the Progressive Wage Model minimum wage standards for administrative positions.
- Regular wage increments will be provided based on skill upgrading and productivity improvements as per PWM guidelines.
