Job Description:
- Build Strong Customer Pipelines: Develop robust customer relationships and achieve sales targets by selling integrated supply chain solutions focused on international freight services, including land, sea & air freight, customs clearance, and cross-border trucking.
- Identify and Capitalize on Opportunities: Discover business opportunities to boost profitability and drive growth for the company.
- Enhance Company Visibility: Raise awareness of our services within the business community by collaborating with the management team to identify strategic business opportunities.
- Innovate for the Future: Stay ahead of market trends, designing creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
- Expand and Manage Accounts: Secure new business and manage existing accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Improve Customer Relationships: Enhance customer satisfaction, profitability, and retention through effective relationship management.
- Monitor Performance: Lead and improve overall account performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) with customers.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate Internationally: Work with overseas counterparts to generate leads and opportunities.
- Maximize Synergy and Profitability: Develop strategies and proposals to maximize overall profitability and synergy.

Requirements:
- A Degree or above in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain and freight forwarding industry.
- Expertise in business development and account management within integrated supply chain solutions.
- An outgoing, articulate, and customer-oriented personality with a strong drive to excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management levels.
- Strong negotiation and value-based selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other computer literacy skills.
