Job Scope
- Provide excellent front desk reception duties, managing internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Manage incoming calls appropriately.
- Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings. Provide technical support, such as uploading presentations and facilitating Teams/VC connections.
- Maintain records of business travels for internal audit purposes.
- Take responsibility for postal and courier services, both locally and internationally.
- Assist with other ad-hoc office administrative duties as assigned.
