Job Description
- Project Leadership and Management: Lead multiple large-scale projects from planning to execution in Audio Visual Systems Integration.
Oversee strategic planning and manpower allocation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion within set timelines.
- Budget and Resource Management: Handle budgets to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for multiple projects in Systems Integration (Audio Visual).
Recommend and advise on the best-suited equipment brands within clients' budget and timeline constraints.
- Team Coordination and Communication: Organize bi-weekly meetings to brief teams on project scopes and objectives, ensuring adequate resources are planned to meet deliverables within the timeline.
Develop project plans that identify key issues, approaches, and anticipate potential problems during the project phase.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor project engineers and new hires on existing audio-visual systems and processes, ensuring the quality of equipment, installation, and post-testing checks.
- Project Implementation and Change Management: Implement and manage project changes and interventions without disrupting clients’ daily operations.
Develop pre and post-assessments to update management on each project, providing insights to improve the operations of future projects.
The Successful Applicant
- PMP/ Prince2 certification is an added advantage.
- CTS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles.
- Experience in the AV industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of AV system functionality, installation processes, and techniques.
- Familiarity with technical and construction documents.
- Experience working with corporate clients, including MNCs, is preferred.
