Job Description
- Responsible for selling business application solutions to insurance clients (agencies/broking/insurance firm)
- Exercise consultative selling on digital innovation to clients
- Responsible for the entire sales process, from opportunities acquisition, qualification, pre -sales, deal closing and contract negotiation
- Lead the complex solution crafting including presentation, business proposal, RFP response, and POC
- Acquire external partnerships for data providers and technology providers to complement the solution/services offering
- Savvy on regulators and GBA cross - boundary data and finance policy regulation
- Regional business development in SEA market
- Insurance product knowledge: Life and P&C
- Accountable for achieving the assigned financial target
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of relevant working experience in fintech/insurance sector
- Sales, pre-sales, and consulting sales in prior roles
- Proactive, result-driven, passionate, fast - learner in technology, finance, insurance and regulations
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with c-suite levels
- Knowledge of digital on-boarding, insurance agent's transformation and/or core insurance products
