- Basic $5,000 - $8,500 + $1100 fixed transport allowance + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a sales growth plan by taking into account the capabilities of COMPANY, trade routes, and business strategy in order to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Find and collaborate with internal stakeholders to discover unique features that will enhance our ability to attract and keep new customers, such as IV specializations and solutions.
- Recognize and secure new customer chances through building a robust pipeline and effectively implementing the plan to win opportunities.
- Create and oversee a network of customer connections to establish relationships and trust between COMPANY and customers at different levels.
- Create plans to develop beneficial collaborations with clients.
- Turn conversations on possible chances into concrete future strategies with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to ensure optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Enhance GP and regulate selling prices through cost, competition, and supply and demand monitoring.
- Supervise the collaboration with appropriate departments to address customers' needs.
- Create a standard operating procedure (SOP) for every protected client and review it with relevant operational teams to ensure comprehension of necessary procedures.
- Assist in addressing customer service problems as needed and as requested.
- Make sure to update all sales activities in Salesforce for accurate and timely monthly sales reporting to the Country Head of Sales and country/global management.
- Work together with marketing and administration team members to create and manage marketing materials and customer information for effective use.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the reporting manager and country/global management.
