- Conduct land and engineering surveys, including setting out surveys for capping beams and pile caps, and establishing main and subsidiary control lines.
- Perform setting out of building grid lines before and during construction.
- Prepare setting out data and pre-calculations as required.
- Conduct routine building alignment surveys (both horizontal and vertical) throughout the project.
- Perform field surveying to collect data for base plans.
- Make precise pre-measurements and compile survey reports for engineering design purposes.
- Ensure that all coordinates in field alignments match the construction drawings.
- Immediately address any discrepancies between construction drawings and site conditions with the project team and engineering.
- Conduct accurate post-measurements and prepare survey reports for as-built drawing data.
- Periodically check and verify survey instruments.
Requirements:
- Atleast diploma related in land surveying or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
