Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by consultants and contractors
- Reviewing progress claims submitted by consultants and contractors
- Assisting in the finalisation of accounts
- Updating of contracts database
- Administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with IM requirements
- Providing recommendations on construction and consultancy contracts
Requirements
- Min Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying.
- Only Singaporeans
- At least 3 years experience in quantity surveying
