Reporting to the Group CEO as well as Director of Portfolio Management, responsibilities will include the following:
- Deal analysis, underwriting and due diligence.
- Assist Group CEO in execution of real estate and real estate related deals
- Assist Group CEO in business development and sourcing for real estate related deals
- Monitor and manage existing real estate investments of the Company
- Liaise with external vendors and partners in asset management of various investments where relevant.
- Perform market and submarket research, including rental comps, sales comps, and economic and demographic trends that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
- As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.
Requirement:
- Degree in Real Estate;
- 3 – 4 years relevant experience in a real estate investment firm;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment with excellent time-management and organizational skills;
- Detailoriented and resourceful;
- Good presentation skills;
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
