Job Responsibilities
- Checking on address onwebsite to ensure that employee is authorised tenants and updating change of address
- Maintenance of Leave approver set-up
- Work with and follow up with internal stakeholders on onboarding and payroll matters
- Creating user guides for frequent asked issues
- Facilitating the 6 monthly and yearly check-up for work permit holders
- Scheduling appointments for Nurses and HCAs
- Provide onsite support to Nurses and HCAs technical issues and tutorials
- Clean up and maintenance of Nurses and HCAs
- Administrative duties assigned such as data entry, filing, printing and scanning of document
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commence on short notice
