Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Responsibilities
• Responsible in evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
• Responsible for claim, variation orders, budget and cost control.
• Prepare settlement for final account.
• Maintenance of project documentation.
• Manage contract administration.
Requirement
• Relevant technical Degree / Diploma
• Similiar working experience as M&E QS within either main and sub-contractor environment.
• Familiar with tendering, project cost control and contracts administration and M&E works.
• Only Singaporean/SPR
