Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the line managers to provide relevant administrative support
- Ordering of stationeries, name card and name tag
- Staff appreciation meals - get quotes, liaising with vendors on delivery, etc.
- Manage and handle employees’ record in HRIS system
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
- Administer and process employees’ claim submissions
- Medical benefits administration – process LOG, liaising/advising staff on claim/entitlement details
- WICA – processing claims and filing with MOM on iReport
- Handle staff welfare/employee benefits related matters (Eg: Assist in ordering get-well/new born fruit basket, Staff Cafeteria Pantry supplies such as coffee powder etc).
- Tracking and following up on staff movement – resignation, transfer and promotion and update in Masterfile
- Handle locker and staff rest room matters
- Assist in HR monthly staff appreciation and team wellness activities
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience working in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in employment act and government regulatory guidelines
- Proficient in relevant computer applications - MS Word/Excel/Power point/ MSTEAMS/ MS Outlook
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- Meticulous and well organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
